Something Free

The Gift With No Price Tag I found a treasure yesterday, Though not a dime was spent. No clerk rang up a single sale, No bill was ever sent. It wasn't gold or diamonds bright, Nor some expensive thing. It didn't come wrapped up with bows, Or tied with fancy string. A neighbor shared a kindly smile As I was passing by. A friend called just to say hello And ask me how and why. The morning sun warmed up the porch, The breeze danced through the trees. The robin sang a cheerful tune Upon the morning breeze. The finest gifts I've ever known Were never bought or sold. They're found in moments freely given, Worth far more than gold. For things received without a cost Can sometimes be the best; A helping hand, a laugh, a hug, Or time to stop and rest. So, if today brings something free, Don't let it pass away. Some priceless gifts arrive in life Without a price to pay. -Anon Here is a FREE eBook for you to enjoy.

I know that you already have read what Inspector Quincy has said about our adventures. Here’s the thing; while it is true that it was a really hard time for everyone involved some days were not as bad as other days. True, it isn’t every ten-year-old boy...
